What if there is a problem with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call us. We will take care of the issue, no matter what. We will do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team at email@example.com, and speak with a Tech Support specialist within 7 days of delivery of the product and we'll respond quickly with assistance or provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
"No Hassle" Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you find any manufacturing defect with any new product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit, or you may exchange for another product within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
If the product was received in a damaged condition, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit, or you may exchange for another product within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.
